2007:  DCPI Master Trainers opened 13 new Countries to reproductive church planting training and increased the number of trained leaders over last year by 53.7%.  DCPI finished the year training 4,498 leaders in 28 countries.

2006:   Our goals are targeted towards leaders in every nation. We want to see them own a church planting vision, provide them with practical training tools they can reproduce on their own and network them with like minded leaders around the world. We believe this strategy will encourage support, and provide solutions to the unique issues they face in developing a church planting movement in their respective countries. It is a crucial step in winning the world for Christ.

Thanks to a very productive year in 2006, we now work with a network of

• 564 Certified Trainers—indigenous leaders who have attended DCPI’s training and are selected to train others in one or more of our training tracks
• 196 Dynamic Associates—leaders with a vision to impact the planting of at least 100 churches in their lifetime (some DA’s are also CT’s), and
• 24 Master Trainers—trainers of trainers; they are authorized by DCPI to certify trainers, recruit dynamic associates, and train other leaders.

Collectively, they live in 30 different countries and share our vision of impacting the planting of one million churches to reach the world for Christ.

DCPI completed training in 16 Countries for 2006. 10 of the 16 Countries received DCPI’s training for the first time. Our strategy of equipping leaders to plant dynamic churches worldwide includes certification of an indigenous leader who can reproduce the training. As a result, DCPI trained 2713 leaders. The impact and return on investment will significantly increase as these leaders continue to equip more leaders. Each of the leaders that were Certified to train others in these 16 Countries committed to training 200 leaders, churches and/or associations to plant churches during the Certified Trainers lifetime. This subsequent multiplication is one aim of our training and it addresses the shortage of churches around the world.
