THE MINISTRY OF CERTIFIED TRAINERS and DYNAMIC ASSOCIATES
The Certified Trainers and Dynamic Associates Ministry flows out of DCPI's Vision "Equipping leaders, churches and associations to impact the planting of one million dynamic churches to reach the world for Christ."
In order to accomplish this vision, we recognize that we must multiply trainers of church planting leaders. These trainers will go places we can never go, reach people we cannot reach, train in languages we cannot speak and relate to their “people groups” as we cannot.
Jesus modeled the multiplication principle when he mentored the twelve and the seventy-two. Luke 10:1-2, “After this the Lord appointed seventy-two others and sent them two by two ahead of him to every town and place where he was about to go. He told them, ‘The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.’” (NIV)
God wants us to mentor others as Jesus did; 2 Tim 2:2, “And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others.” (NIV)
By training trainers DCPI will multiply its capacity to accomplish its most basic vision, “to reach the world for Christ” via church planting.

WHAT IS A CERTIFIED TRAINER?
A gifted teacher/trainer with a heart for church planting equipped and empowered to carry DCPI's training beyond our own training events. A leader who understands the importance of mentoring and training other church planting leaders in order to saturate a region or country with church plants as an effective evangelistic strategy. A Certified Trainers are volunteer partners with DCPI. They do not receive compensation. They do receive prayer, training, mentoring and encouragement.
WHAT IS A DYNAMIC ASSOCIATE?
A national leader of a church planting movement who partners with DCPI in the ministry of church planting to reach his nation and the world for Christ. He is committed to church planting and to DCPI. Dynamic Associates are volunteer partners with DCPI. They do not receive compensation. They do receive prayer, training, and encouragement.
