Growing A New Church
Years 1 - 5

The first five years of church life are critical developmental years that provides a foundation for the years that follow.   At DCPI we understand the unique challenges a new church must face.  It is our desire to equip leaders of these new churches with tools to identify obstacles, solutions to overcome these obstacles and strategies to build upon for future growth.

In three and a half days of training, you will gain insight and apply understanding to your church plant that will prepare you for growth by:

• Transitioning from a church planter to founding pastor
• Recognizing and moving beyond growth barriers
• Attracting and connecting newcomers
• Discovering the skills needed for each stage of a church's growth
• Creating a personalized plan to A.C.T. upon - Assess, Change, Target for your new church's growth
