Chris brings to DCPI over 20 years of management experience. He is using his business experience, talents and spiritual gifts to encourage and train church leaders around the world to establish successful, multiplying churches, fulfilling the calling God gave him on a short-term mission trip.

Aaron is an Iraqi Freedom veteran who is now completing his college studies to be better equipped for ministry. He loves to see people mature in their faith and become more devoted to Christ. He is Team Leader for DCPI's ongoing Field Research.

Holly Fullmer joins DCPI with teaching credentials in mathematics, a love for detail and organization and a heart to make Jesus known to every man, woman and child. DCPI is blessed to have Holly working on the team to track and report the results of our multiplication strategy for church planting.

Steve has been involved with church plants in Texas and North Carolina and led multiple mission trips to assist church planters across the nation and in Canada. He has been an assessor of church planters for over eight years and continues to serve by providing Assessments of Church Planters.

Richard has served as a North American Church Planter for the Baptist Missionary Association of America. Mark Williams - Executive Vice President

Mark was the founding pastor for two church plants and has been the mother or partner church pastor for five other church plants. He served as a regional church planting director, and co-authored The Dynamic DAUGHTER Church Planting Handbook and The New Dynamic Church Planting Handbook.
