Headquarters Partnerships Liaison: This leader will assist in coordination between DCPI headquarters and partner ministries to develop and nurture great partnerships. Includes various modes of communication, meetings and possible travel.
Operations Department
Director of Human Resources: As Director of Human Resources you will plan, direct, and coordinate the mission’s employment activities to maximize the strategic effectiveness of the staff team and maintain functions such as compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.
Director of Information Technology: As Director of Information Technology you will provide guidance to the systems, programs and operations of hardware/software needed to facilitate the vision of planting 5 millions churches worldwide.
Assistants to Vice President: Our growth has provided an opportunity for you to join our TEAM, as an Assistant to one of our Vice Presidents. Your administrative skills and attention to detail will increase the team’s effectiveness in equipping leaders to plant dynamic churches worldwide.
Training Department
Administrative Assistant/s: If you are gifted in organizing, scheduling, and communicating you could be a support to our training team as an Administrative Assistant.
HQ World Zone Coordinators (WZC’s): You could be the training department’s primary headquarter interface with our global leaders in their appropriate world zone. Some travel adventure is required.
Regional Director for Western USA: Serve under the World Zone Leader for North America with the responsibility to provide and oversee training for the Western USA. Some travel required.
Church Planting Researchers/Research Associates: Conduct international research projects – short term or continuous.
Coordinator or Director: for online training and web/phone communications. Develop communication systems between HQ and field using internet and phone technologies
Database Associate: Collect and enter data into the training database
Next Generation Training Associate: Build relationships and produce innovations that communicate to the next several generations of church planters, maintaining DCPI vision, values and DNA.
Development Department
Director of Foundation Development: As Director of Foundation Development you will have the opportunity to communicate the DCPI story and strategy for specific projects. You will be responsible for researching foundations, writing grant proposals and for submitting timely and accurate reports for funded projects.
Regional Development Directors: The Regional Development Director serves as a key leadership team member and an active participant in making strategic decisions affecting the fundraising efforts of DCPI. You will help forge new relationships to build DCPI’s visibility, impact, and financial resources while working closely with other team members to secure funding for new initiatives.
Development Executive Assistant: Our growth has provided an opportunity for you to join our TEAM, as an Assistant in the Development Department. Your love for people, administrative skills and attention to detail will increase the team’s effectiveness in securing funding for new initiatives and on-going DCPI projects
