Train & Equip Leaders

The heart of our ministry is equipping leaders to plant dynamic churches worldwide. You would not want an untrained surgeon to operate on your body. Neither should we allow untrained leaders to operate the body of Christ.
- Train in Church Planting Essentials: Our goals are to equip a larger group for church planting
- Certify Trainers (CT’s): Most important is that we certify at least ten CT’s and appoint DA’s in the context of each training event.
- CT’s Training: The Certified Trainers then multiply the training.
- Report Results: All training events must be reported so we know our progress toward the 5 million church vision.
- CPC Translation: The next track of training must be translated, typically Churches Planting Churches.
- Organize Training in CPC: Equip a larger group in the next training track, certify at least ten trainers in the new track and continue appointing DA’s.
- BAM Translation: Becoming a Mentor is often our next track of training translated.
- Organize BAM Training: We believe every church planter needs a mentor and it is our joy to reproduce our mentor training.
